At Latitude Margaritaville Daytona, we completed a range of new construction elements aimed at enhancing the community’s outdoor amenities. Our scope of work included building a new restroom facility, brand-new pool and pool deck, and sand bar tiki area designed for gathering and relaxation. We also constructed a dedicated food truck space, installed additional sidewalks for improved circulation, and created multiple tiki hits equipped with BBQ grills to support outdoor social events.
These enhancements align with Latitude Margaritaville’s vision to provide a vibrant, resort-style environment focused on community engagement and leisure. Our work emphasized quality craftsmanship and thoughtful site integration to deliver durable, functional spaces that residents can enjoy year-round.
