Healthcare Project Manager

• Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance.

• Ensure AHCA compliance while delivering projects in occupied healthcare environments.

• Build trusted relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and project teams.

• Identify risks early and develop solutions that keep projects on schedule and within budget.

• 3-5 years of experience managing healthcare construction projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.

Project Administrator

• Coordinate regularly with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors to support project needs.

• Coordinate Internal Kickoff Meetings and Post-Mortem Meetings, including agendas, invitations, documentation, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.

• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred.

• Order and coordinate delivery of field documentation, including drawings, agreements, submittals, RFIs, signage, and related materials.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
