Artisan Lakes is a 55+ neighborhood within the master-planned Nocatee community in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
We were tasked with building a stunning amenity center to serve as a social and recreational hub for residents. For sports enthusiasts and fitness aficionados, the development includes a pickleball court, a bocce ball court, and a putting green among a variety of other outdoor activities. The resort-style pool and spa provide a perfect retreat for relaxation and leisure complemented by the picturesque surroundings and a centerpiece lake fountain adding a serene beauty to the landscape.
