Jacksonville Classical Academy’s new gymnasium, known as “The Hangar,” is a two-story facility designed to enhance the school’s athletic and extracurricular programs. The building features a full-size basketball court, a platform stage with built-in storage, boys’ and girls’ locker rooms, fitness room, and dedicated office space. Additional amenities include a welcoming lobby, concession area, and observation deck with box seating that overlooks an outdoor sports field.
Constructed using tilt-wall panels, The Hangar provides a durable and efficient space that supports a variety of school events and athletic activities. The facility is designed to foster school spirit and community engagement, aligning with Jacksonville Classical Academy’s mission to train the minds and improve the hearts of young people through a classical education.
