Latitude Margaritaville in Daytona Beach, Florida, underwent significant enhancements led by our team. This project aimed to enrich the lifestyle of its residents by adding a variety of outdoor amenities, aligning with the community’s ethos of relaxation, fun, and camaraderie.
Highlights of this Parrothead paradise include the Last Mango Theatre, Fins Up! Fitness Center with indoor pool, and the Workin’ N’ Playin’ building, which houses pottery, wood working, golf cart maintenance, and more. The additions also include two picnic tiki pavilions, offering a shaded outdoor space for gatherings and casual dining, and a new golf cart parking lot to accommodate the preferred mode of transportation within the community. Additional tennis, bocce, and pickleball courts were also introduced, enhancing recreational opportunities for residents.
These enhancements collectively elevate the community’s vibrant lifestyle, making Latitude Margaritaville a premier destination for leisure and connection.
