Latitude Margaritaville Watersound

Located on the Emerald Coast on Florida’s Panhandle, Latitude Margaritaville Watersound is a “55-and-better” community situated among small coastal towns and some of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Inspired by island living and the lifestyle of singer Jimmy Buffett, the community blends fun and relaxation into its master-planned developments, including the numerous amenities dotting Latitude Margaritaville Watersound. We were tasked with building a full restaurant and bar, a Town Center with bandshell, indoor and resort-style pools, a kayak launch, natural trail, multi-purpose theatre building, and outdoor sports and gaming areas.
