Nocatee Spray Park Expansion
In 2019, we completed a four-story, interactive playground in Nocatee, a master-planned community that truly embodies the “live, work, play” philosophy.
The PARC Group hired us to construct an additional family swimming pool featuring shallow-water seating and a beach-styled entry. The pool area is secured to keep small children from wandering in or out, and new shading and landscaping make the park even more inviting for the whole family.
Two new action slides were added to the Spray Park, making Nocatee the first master-planned community in Northeast Florida to feature adventure rides for residents.
Nocatee Splash Water Park Expansion
The Splash Water Park, one of Nocatee’s most popular recreational attractions, is a resort-style water playground with a shallow cove for children, a lagoon-style pool and a lazy river that allows tubers to relax while drifting away the day.
In addition to what was completed in 2020, a new serenity pool has been added to the popular park. The pool includes separate restrooms and direct access to the bar and concessions, allowing adults to escape to a quiet area with friends or a book. The serenity pool features a beach entry, a sun shelf and ample seating.
The children’s playground was relocated closer to the family pool so residents can watch their children while swimming, and the former playground area now features an event lawn for resident activities. The bar and concessions area have also been expanded to provide faster service.
