The tallest of its kind in Northeast Florida, Spray Park is a four-story, interactive playground designed as a tropical island setting.
The PARC Group hired Carlton Construction to complete the Spray Park, which is one of our most exciting projects to date. After 12 months, we completed the park in January 2019. The water features included the tallest water slide tower in Northeast Florida, five slides, a resort-style beach, and interactive features. On the 2.3-acre site, the project also required an entry building, a food service building, a restroom, pump/filtration building, and a band shell for community concerts and events. Davis Davis Architects worked as the architect.
