A state-of-the-art, luxury home, the Palm Valley residence features an open style with modern aesthetics.
The construction included a 4,940-square-foot garage designed to store the client’s RV, boat, and car collection, as well as a personal “mechanic’s garage.” Also included in the design was an office, small gym, award gallery, and single-car showcase.
By employing our proven construction management process, we were able to balance the owner’s wishes with the architect’s design, which resulted in a unique and innovative final product.
The distinct layout and high-end features led to it winning the AIA Award of Excellence in Residential Design. The owners hired Architect Thomas Duke and Interior Designer Gabrielle Dempsey
