Before starting any project, you have to build a solid foundation for success.

During the pre-construction phase, we provide guidance on the entire project from start to finish before anyone arrives at the jobsite. This assessment lays the groundwork to ensure the project goes as planned.

With Carlton Construction as your pre-construction partner, we will define: project scope, the blueprint for the entire job; project budget, such as cost information and contingencies; the project team, including potential subcontractors who can meet the project’s needs; the project schedule, with highlighted milestones and tasks; and additional project details, such as site evaluation and permitting requirements.
